What do our clients say about Parkvets?
“Always welcoming, friendly, professional, empathetic.” May 2018
“Love the new signage. Bold and noticeable. Nice to see pictures of the practice vets and reception staff in the photos. Vet is excellent. Always listens and talks me through options. Dogs adore her. Excellent vets. Always there whenever needed. Vets and nurses kind and compassionate and listen to my concerns. Dogs trust the vet.” May 2018
“Reception was very friendly and even on a previous visit made me a cup of tea! The vet who handled Oscar yesterday was lovely and really understanding as he is a vet nervous dog.” May 2018
“Great vet service. Online bookings and reminders when checkups etc. are due. Makes managing my pets health much easier.” May 2018
“My first experience here (with a generally nervous dog for a check-up & vaccinations) was a very calming experience for both dog & owner. Left feeling impressed.” May 2018
“Very impressed with the receptionists and vet. All very friendly and professional. Very prompt and professional service from all the staff at Sidcup. We were seen on time and Mac showed no signs of stress after his treatment. Apologies for his swearing though!” May 2018
“I have been with this practice for years and always been very happy.” May 2018
“Lovely people who said my cats are beautiful!” May 2018
“Separate areas for cats and dogs is good and I know there is nothing you can do about barking but maybe reception staff could suggest that very noisy dogs wait in the car and they offer to call them. The noise was very distressing for Freddie. Good opening hours, animals not moved at night, all staff very helpful, professional and friendly, keep you informed and pleasant surroundings.” May 2018
“Everyone’s so friendly to myself and both my pets (dog & cat). Vets talk to me in layman terms of that I can understand, also with passion for my animals. ALL of the staff make me feel relaxed and confident that they really do have the best interest for my pets.” May 2018
“Very friendly & efficient.” May 2018
“Excellent experience with staff (administration/reception as well as vets/nurses) both at my local practice and the emergency hospital. Would highly recommend Park Vets. They have always been great with my two cats who are typically very anxious with strangers.” May 2018
“Friendly, timely service.” May 2018
“Fantastic vets, very easy to get appointments at conviniant times .” May 2018
“My favourite receptionist had to swap days at the last minute again, my dogs and I always look forward to seeing Debbie! I can walk to my vets in 3 minutes, and always get a very friendly welcome.” May 2018
“Martin was great, I’ve was really impressed so have moved Harry here and taken out the pet plan.” May 2018
“The experience at Park Vets was very professional and made a difficult time more comfortable. For both our pet and us. The communication was great. We felt at ease during the process. Many thanks.” May2018
“High standard of service, Graham was very detailed regarding Mabel’s possible diagnoses, something which I like. Mabel had had a bad experience in that particular exam room but Graham immediately took us out back where Mabel was happy to be examined without stress.” May 2018
“I have been with Park vets for about 14 years now and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The vets themselves are excellent and never disappoint.” May 2018
“Very professional and caring.” May 2018
“I can’t fault the service I have had since joining Park Vets, every member of staff on the team are extremely helpful, happy and make you feel very welcome and confident in their care for your pet.” May 2018
“Parkvets are there for you 24/7 which is very reassuring we have had a couple of emergency visits over the last few months. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful, including the back of office admin staff. The vets are reassuring and take time to understand your concerns and everyone there has looked after my dog very well.” May 2018
“Basil was originally rescued from Battersea as a kitten by my friend Jo, however, 2 years ago she emigrated back to New Zealand and had to leave Basil behind. We became his new owners and instantly fell in love with him. He is now approximately 12-13 years old. Soon after Jo left he started to loose weight, we though maybe he was missing her. We took him to the vet and he was diagnosed with a very over active thyroid :0( His trips to the vet were very traumatic, he was so distressed, panting, pooing, vomiting etc, so we changed to Park vets who do home visits with no extra charge. Now Basil is able to have regular visits for blood tests etc in the comfort of his own home, so much kinder and less stressful for him, and us! Basil Is our world, he has settled beautifully into his new home and routine and is, I think, the most loved cat in existence ??” May 2018
“Visiting the vets is always an expensive affair but park vets do make you feel welcome and at ease. I would recommend .”
“Graham is brilliant. Always explains exactly what is going on and the way forward. Always a fantastic caring service.” May 2018
“Receptionist lovely, and the vet we saw was so friendly and knowledgeable, best vet we’ve ever seen, certainly won’t be changing this time, as we have previously.” May 2018
“Feel a lot more hopeful for Luckys condition to improve as been through hell for the last year with previous vets and feeling upset coz spent so much money so far and still none the wiser as to what is wrong with her and wish I’d come here to start with. I just like the way lucky was treated, feel like you may hopefully be able to make her better because I know she doesn’t want to give up and I need her so much.” May 2018
“Vet who cared as much about our dog as we do. Friendly from the moment we walked into reception.” May 2018
“Paddy my dog has been extremely ill in the past being an epileptic dog and on many occasions thought the end was near. Due to the dedicated vets and nurses of Parkvets and of course myself, he has reached the grand age of 11 and is still enjoying life.” May 2018
“The warm welcome from reception, the love and car given from all staff and the facility itself are incredible. Our dog still loves going to Park Vets in Foots Cray and is genuinely excited to see them when he gets there (possibly because the fuss he receives is second to none!) I honestly couldn’t recommend Park Vets enough, they are truly fantastic.” May 2018
“I have loved every visit, the information and treatment from the vets has been wonderful, very happy with the service, Pepper has been nervous to begin with but settled down after the offer of treats and water from the lovely girls in reception.” May 2018
“I can always get an appointment. Recently found out that different vets specialise in different pet ailments. Which has been handy to know. As my dog has suffered two different problems. Everyone is friendly and make you feel at ease. ” May 2018
“Very warm and friendly, all staff love our pets.” May 2018

24 Hour Veterinary Care For SE London & North-West Kent
Did you know that not all vets deliver their own out-of-hours service? In some cases, you may have to travel further than normal to take your sick or injured pet to see an emergency vet team – one which hasn’t met your pet before and has no relationship with them.
Fortunately, that’s not the case at Parkvets. We have our own out-of-hours emergency service – 24HourVet – and it is run from our main hospital location and staffed around the clock by a carefully selected team of night vets, supported by our own daytime vets and members of our own nursing team.
This means that whenever your pet needs urgent medical assistance our experienced, highly capable and compassionate team is available 24/7 and has access to all your pet’s clinical notes. And if your pet needs to stay with us for further tests or even surgery, they do not need to be transferred to another location. Instead they stay under our care, in our hospital, looked after by our vets and nurses.
Ultimately this results in not only greater comfort for your pet, but peace of mind for you too.
