Clinical Support Services Coordinator

At Parkvets we like vets to focus on their clinical work whilst other members of staff take care of their administration and paperwork.  Our CSS Team is responsible for all aspects of insurance processing, pet health plan management, the surgical diary and out-patient bookings.  They also look after our clients after they have sadly lost a pet and generally work tirelessly to make life easier for both clients and patients.  The CSS team is largely made up of ex-RVNs and we are now looking for one more to allow the team to be even more effective.

If you used to be an RVN, or indeed you are an unqualified, but experienced nurse, and you are looking to hang up your greens, then this could be a great opportunity for you.  The role is full time, Monday to Friday although part-time would be considered for the right candidate.   You will need to have strong organisational skills, be able to multi task and you must love paperwork and processes.  But most importantly you will be used to talking to clients and to making their problems your own.
