About the clinic
Having joined Parkvets as a floatingvet at the hospital Dr. Rita Moriera spent her first few months with the practice covering shifts across the practice and looking after our many in-patients. Although she enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the busy hospital she was delighted when the opportunity came up to take over the Petts Wood clinic as it allowed her to settle into a community and to get to know her clients. Rita is now the resident vet at our Petts Wood clinic and she looks forward to meeting her furry clients…..and their owners of course.
As well as routine and emergency veterinary appointments, the Petts Wood clinic is also home to our physiotherapy and hydrotherapy service. Danielle McMahon brings the benefit of her experience in this area to the practice and is fast building a reputation as a ‘workers of miracles’.
The clinical team is supported by our fantastic receptionists who make sure everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as possible.

Our Therapist
Danielle MacMahon is the Parkvets resident physio therapist. She utilises a number of techniques designed to promote healing and mobility. The water treadmill is one such technique but she also enjoys great success through joint manipulation and massage. If your dog is struggling with mobility, stiffness or an injury, why not give Danielle a call to discuss options.
