Our services & special offers
At Parkvets, we know you want to give your pet the best care while spending wisely. We work hard to provide you not only with exceptional care, but carefully put together packages and offers to help you save.
We are constantly updating our seasonal offers in addition to our year round offers, so check this page often to find out what we have going on.
Golden Oldie Health Screen
Our older pets can’t tell us about their aches and pains, or the fact that the run you take them on each evening is beginning to be a bit tough. When you come in for your older pet’s booster why not take advantage of the £82 health screen. By running a series of blood tests relevant to our older patients, we are able advise on changes they may be experiencing and to detect early onset of age related diseases. This in turn allows us to treat them more effectively.
Pet Health Plan
Parkvets provides healthy care plans for your furry family member at every stage of life.
With a wide range of benefits and discounts, the Pet Health Plan Plan allows you to not only ensure your pet’s health is well looked after, but it allows you to spread the cost of well-pet care.
The Breeders Club
Parkvets Breeders Club provides special packages for litters of puppies and kitten as well as discounts for mum and dad.
We know that taking care of a new bundle of puppies or kittens can be difficult, so we have put together comprehensive packages to take care of everything your new litter will need to start life healthily.
Parkvets@Home
Parkvets offers a vet home visit service, Parkvets@Home, to help make life easier for our clients and patients. By prior appointment, one of our vets can come to see your pet in the comfort of your home, where it is likely that they will be far more relaxed, since they are in a familiar environment.
Hydrotherapy & Physiotherapy
If your pet suffers an injury that needs concentrated rehabilitation, or if their joints and muscles simply weaken and stiffen with age, our range of physio and hydrotherapy services could be extremely beneficial.
Located at our Petts Wood branch, our state-of-the-art therapy suite can provide a range of treatments for your dog. These range from soft tissue manipulation to thermal therapy, and even hydrotherapy in our special veterinary water treadmill.
Our veterinary physiotherapist Sam Gifford will work closely with you and your dog to assess their range of joint movement, as well as any muscle tension or soft tissue abnormalities. She will then develop a specific programme of therapy, tailored to your pet’s needs, to help them build up muscle, regain strength, or improve their flexibility and movement.
Hydrotherapy in particular has a number of benefits to many pets, and the warm temperature of the water also helps to ease any swelling whilst ensuring that your dog remains comfortable. In addition, the buoyancy of the water supports your dog’s body weight avoiding unnecessary pressure on their affected joints.
Why not give us a call to discuss your pet’s particular issues and we’ll let you know how we can help? You can reach us on 0208 300 8111.
K Laser wound treatment
Our aim it always to keep out patients as comfortable as possible and to promote the quick and effective healing of surgical wounds. With this in mind we have invested in the very latest of laser technology – why not take a look at how it works.
Pet Passports
We can issue pet passports as well as all vaccinations required at most of our Parkvets branches. We can also resupply missing passports if the pet is registered with us.
Puppy Club
Our monthly puppy clubs at Parkvets offers your furry new addition the chance to socialise with other puppies their age and learn basic commands. Each puppy club term lasts one month and begins at the start of each month.
Dental Oral Hygiene
To keep your pet’s teeth and gums healthy throughout their life, we offer 30 min dental hygiene appointments that include a scale and polish.
